Chassis. The frame of the KG940/KG940AH Surface DTH Drilling Rig is designed as an integral structure, with the frame main beam installed with the frame shaft as a whole, providing higher structural strength. The overall layout on the frame is more reasonable, with a lower center of gravity and higher stability. The center of gravity of the drilling rig has moved forward, which can better withstand the counter-impact of the impactor when drilling large holes. The floating angle of the frame body has been increased to ±10°, providing better adaptability to slopes. The track frame assembly adopts a folded edge design, with a good appearance and high structural strength. Five supporting wheels are designed, ensuring higher stability both during traveling and drilling. The original imported double-speed piston traveling motor has strong climbing power and can be switched between fast and slow speeds for convenient and efficient machine movement. An integral track anti-disengagement guard plate is added to prevent derailment.
Power Components. The imported hydraulic oil pump has high pressure resistance, large displacement, reliable quality and long service life. The Yuchai four-cylinder engine is powerful, easy to maintain and service. The integrated air filter is convenient to clean, ensuring the timely supply of clean air required by the engine.
Rotary System. The new dual-motor rotary head is equipped with imported rotary motors, providing large rotary torque and reliable durability. The matching switching valve enables dual-speed adjustment of the rotary speed to meet the requirements of different hole diameters in various working conditions. The buffer is equipped to reduce shock, significantly extending the service life of the rotary head. High-strength manganese steel guide rails are matched with integral wear-resistant pressure plates, eliminating the need for additional lubrication and making maintenance more convenient. The 24B roller chain is matched with the cylinder for advancing and lifting, providing a large lifting force and being sturdy and durable.
Hydraulic System. The hydraulic system is equipped with first-class domestic brand hydraulic valve groups and cylinders, and is configured with imported high-efficiency hydraulic pumps and imported hydraulic hoses. The diameters of the hydraulic valves have been enlarged, significantly enhancing the overall performance of the hydraulic system. The independent dual-speed walking control system offers a good field of vision and safe operation. The integrated instrument panel can monitor the running status of the drilling vehicle in real time.
Drill Arm Components. The multi-angle extended drill arm structure has a wide drilling coverage range. It can drill vertically, in left and right fan shapes, and at high and low horizontal positions. The structure is of high strength and excellent durability.
